The Company received notice on 20 May 2014 that Peter Levine, Chairman, purchased 250,000 ordinary shares at 30p pence per share on 20 May. Following this transaction Mr. Levine's beneficial holding in the Company amounts to 76,662,209 shares representing 19.38% of the issued share capital of the Company.
