The Company received notice on 13 November 2015 that Peter Levine, Chairman, through PLLG Investments Limited, purchased 306,649 ordinary shares at 6.47p pence per share on 13 November. Following this transaction Mr. Levine's beneficial holding in the Company amounts to 117,558,197 shares representing 22.38% of the issued share capital of the Company.
