Bagir Group Ltd. (the "Company"), a designer, creator and provider of innovative formalwear tailoring, has been notified that Tessa Laws, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, has today purchased 24,390 ordinary shares of NIS 0.04 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 20.5 pence per share.
Following this purchase, Tessa Laws is directly interested in 24,390 Ordinary Shares representing 0.05 per cent. of the total voting rights of the Company.
