Director's Dealings Notification

In accordance with DTR 3.1.4, the Company was notified yesterday that Mr. G.V. Sherren, the Chairman of Centaur Media Plc, had on that day purchased 250,000 Ordinary shares of 10p each. All the shares were purchased on the London Stock Exchange for GBP 0.425 per share. 

As a result of this transaction Mr G.V. Sherren is now interested in 8,990,770 Ordinary shares of 10p each in the company representing 6.382% of the issued share capital.
