The Company received notice on 18 November 2015 that Peter Levine, Chairman, through PLLG Investments Limited, purchased 136,389 ordinary shares at 6.9p pence per share on 18 November. Following this transaction Mr. Levine's beneficial holding in the Company amounts to 117,834,586 shares representing 22.43% of the issued share capital of the Company.
