DDD Group plc (AIM: DDD; OTCQX: DDDGY) confirms that on 12 June 2015 the Company was notified that Mr. Nicholas Brigstocke, Chairman of the Company, purchased 1,000,000 ordinary 1p shares of the Company at an average purchase price of 2.125p per share (the "Share Purchase"). Following the Share Purchase, Mr. Brigstocke's interest in the Company stands at 3,007,045 Ordinary Shares or approximately 1.8% of the issued ordinary share capital and total voting rights in the Company.
