Oxford, UK - 26 November 2014: Oxford BioMedica plc ("Oxford BioMedica" or "the Company") (LSE: OXB), a leading gene and cell therapy company, was informed that on 25 November 2014 one of its Directors acquired ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") as follows:

The issued share capital of the Company is 2,565,470,169 1p ordinary shares.
