The Company received notice on 15 July 2016 that, on the same day, Peter Levine, Chairman, through PLLG Investments Limited, purchased 150,000 ordinary shares at 7.875 pence per share. Following this transaction, Mr. Levine's beneficial holding in the Company amounts to 122,488,336 shares representing 23.32% of the issued share capital of the Company.
