The Company received notification yesterday that Bill Adamson, Chairman of the Company, on the same day purchased 150,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company (`Ordinary Shares') at a price of 6.70 pence each. Following this purchase, Bill is interested in 325,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.24 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
