The Board of Numis announces that, further to the vesting of award shares under the Numis Corporation Plc Restricted Stock Unit Plan 2008 ("RSU Plan") on 17 December 2018, Andrew Holloway, (the Chief Financial Officer of Numis), through the mechanism of the RSU Plan, sold part of his award shares to fund tax liabilities arising from the vesting.
