W Resources Plc (AIM:WRES) advises that Non Executive Director, Dr Byron Pirola has notified the Company that on 7 February 2013, 37,400,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p per share ("Ordinary Shares") were transferred from Byron Antony Pirola to the following entities to which he is both a beneficiary and trustee:
Beronia Superfund #1: 6,600,000
Beronia Superfund #2: 6,600,000
Beronia Investments Pty Ltd: 24,400,000
Following this transaction, Dr Byron Pirola's direct interests in the Company remain unchanged at 127,459,749 Ordinary Shares representing 7.48% of the Company's total voting rights.
