The Company was informed on 24 June 2016 that, on 24 June 2016, Anthony Nelson non-executive director, sold 40,930 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 27 pence and then repurchased the same number of 40,930 at a price of 27.07 to facilitate an ISA transfer.

Following these transactions, Mr Nelson's beneficial ownership remains unchanged at 1,656,543 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 1.04 per cent of PCFG's Ordinary Share capital.
