Director Dealing

Imperial Innovations Group plc (AIM: IVO), was today notified by RBC cees Trustee Limited, the trustee of the Group's Employee Benefit Trust (the Trustee) that on 8 October 2009 the Trustee allocated 50,000 Ordinary Shares to a sub-trust for the benefit of Russ Cummings, Chief Investment Officer.

This follows the Group's decision, described in the Directors' Remuneration Report and in the Directors' Report of the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 July 2009 under the heading EBT Arrangements - Directors, to ask the Trustee to consider allocating such shares upon certain conditions which are described under that heading.
