Director Dealing Notification

The Company received notification on the 31st May 2012 that Christopher Satterthwaite, Chief Executive Officer, has purchased 63,300 ordinary shares of 25pence each of the Company ("Shares") at a price of 157.8pence per share.

Following the purchase Christopher Satterthwaite now holds a beneficial interest in a total of 338,328 Shares representing 0.41% of the total issued share capital of the Company.

The issued share capital of the Company at 31 May 2012 is 81,854,813 Shares.
