Advanced Oncotherapy (AIM: AVO), the developer of next-generation proton therapy systems for cancer treatment, announces that Professor Steve Myers, Non-Executive Director of the Company, has purchased today a total of 400,000 ordinary shares of 25 pence in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 26 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this transaction, Professor Myers holds 450,569 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.59% of the Company's issued capital.
