The Company were also advised that on 6th June 2007 Anthony Kongats, sold300,000 shares at 110p each, and, the Company were also advised that on 6th June2007 Ducon Management Pty Ltd, a company of which Mr Kongats is a director, sold317,500 shares at 110p. Following the above transactions, Mr Kongats' beneficial interest in the sharecapital of the Company is/remains unchanged at 3,281,028 Ordinary sharesrepresenting 6.75% of the Company's total issued share capital.
