Director Dealing
The Company has been notified that Jonathan Quirk, Non-Executive Director of Aquatic Foods Group Plc, purchased 125,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 6.75p per share on 30 June 2016.
Following this purchase, Jonathan Quirk holds a total of 200,000 ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.18% of the issued share capital of the Company.
