The Company has been notified that Jonathan Quirk, Non-Executive Director of Aquatic Foods Group Plc, purchased 25,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 25p per share on 9 December 2015.
Following this purchase, Jonathan Quirk holds a total of 50,000 ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.04% of the issued share capital of the Company.
