The board of British Smaller Technology Companies VCT 2 plc announces that with effect from 30 June 2008 Steve Noar will be resigning as a non-executive director. Steve has recently relocated overseas and consequently he and the board have agreed it is appropriate for him to step down at this time.
The board has no current plans to appoint a replacement.
