Director Change

Ashley House plc, the Primary Care Infrastructure specialist, announce today that following the recent sale of Babcock & Brown's stake and the settlement of the deferred consideration, it has been agreed that their two nominee non-executive directors, Giles Frost and Cameron Cook, should leave the Ashley House plc board as of Monday 1st June 2009. There is no current intention to add to the four remaining non-executive Board directors.
