Director change
r4e, the transatlantic media and entertainment company, announces that from today Claire Hungate is no longer a director of the Company. Claire decided not to seek to renew her initial annual contract with r4e in order to devote her time to Brave Bison plc, where she was appointed as CEO in September 2017. The Board of r4e would like to thank Claire for her valuable contribution to the Company as a Non-Executive Director and wishes her well for the future. The board has commenced the process to identify a suitable replacement Non-Executive Director and further announcements will be made in due course.
