Directors Shareholdings

Avanti Communications Group plc (AIM: AVN), the satellite operator, was informed today by David Bestwick, Director, that he has today bought 20,000 shares at 275 pence per share.

David Bestwick now holds a total direct and indirect voting right interest in 1,231,648 ordinary shares in the Company, being approximately 1.52% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company. Mr Bestwick has a further revocable and indirect interest in 430,202 ordinary shares under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan which are subject to certain criteria.
