DESPATCH OF ANNUAL REPORT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
MC Mining Limited (the "Company"), the coal exploration, development and mining company operating in South Africa announces that the Annual Report for the financial year ended 30 June 2019, Notice of the Annual General Meeting and accompanying proxy for the meeting to be held on 22 November 2019 have today been posted to shareholders.
