Dealing by Mark Hibbs
On 1 March 2016, the Company was informed that, on that day, Pokkuri Power Company Ltd, which is wholly owned by Mark Hibbs, purchased 300,000 ordinary shares of no par value ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company in an off-market transaction at a price of USD 0.625 per share (the "Transaction").
Mr. Hibbs is a Partner and the Chief Investment Officer (Asset Allocation Group) of Adamas Asset Management, the Company's investment manager, but is not responsible for making investment decisions in relation to ADAM.
Following the Transaction, Mr. Hibbs' total beneficial interest in the Company is 300,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.16% of the total voting rights.
