Immedia Group Plc (AIM: IME) announces that it received notification today that the Company's Chief Executive Officer, Mr Trevor Brookes, purchased 25,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 29 August 2013 at a price of 10.75 pence per Ordinary Share. 

Following this purchase, Mr Brookes has an interest in the Company of 2,609,700 Ordinary Shares, representing 17.93% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
