14.06.2017 - Report 42/2017: Correction of the report - Appointment of the Vice President of the Management Board of Bank Polska Kasa Opieki Spółka Akcyjna

The Management Board of Bank Polska Kasa Opieki Spółka Akcyjna ("Bank") passes the corrected content of the Report 42/2017 of 14th June 2017 ("Report") by adding to the content of the Report information:

"The Supervisory Board decided, that until receiving the approval from Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF), Mr. Michał Krupiński will perform the function of the Vice President of the Management Board managing the work of the Management Board, and after receiving the approval of KNF he will perform the function of the President of the Management Board.

Mr. Michał Krupiński has been appointed after assessment of fulfillment of the suitability requirements."

Below, the Bank announces the content of the revised report:

Management Board of Bank Polska Kasa Opieki Spółka Akcyjna ("Bank") hereby informs that on 14th of June, 2017 Supervisory Board appointed Mr. Michał Krupiński to the Management Board of the Bank on the position of the Vice President of the Management Board, effective as of 15th of June, 2017.

The Supervisory Board decides, that until receiving the approval from Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF), Mr. Michał Krupiński will perform the function of the Vice President of the Management Board managing the work of the Management Board, and after receiving the approval of KNF he will perform the function of the President of the Management Board.

Mr. Michał Krupiński has been appointed after assessment of fulfillment of the suitability requirements.

Information on the professional career of the newly appointed Vice President of the Management Board and other information set forth in Par. 28 of the Ordinance shall be published in another current report.
