The Director Shareholding announcement released earlier today mistakenly referred to Kenneth Rooney having acquired 5,074 shares at a price of 2.63p. The actual price was 263p. The full text of the correct announcement is set out below:-
30 June 2010 Personal Group Holdings Plc (the Company) DIRECTOR SHAREHOLDING
The Company has been informed today by Kenneth Rooney, that on 30 June 2010 he purchased 5074 ordinary shares of 5p each for his SIPP representing 0.02% of the issued share capital of the Company, at a price of 263 pence per ordinary share.
Following this transaction, Mr Rooney is interested in 217,564 shares, representing 0.72% of the total shares in issue.
