The HgCapital Trust plc announcements in respect of its Final Results and Annual Financial Report released at 07:00am on 10 March 2014 incorrectly stated that, subject to shareholder approval at the AGM, the payment date in respect of the final dividend would be 15 May 2014.
The correct payment date should have been stated as 16 May 2014.
