Convertible Facility update
LEKOIL (AIM: LEK), the oil and gas exploration and production company with a focus on Nigeria and West Africa, is pleased to announce that the Grand Court of the Cayman Islands has discharged the injunction bought by Mr. Akinyanmi on the issuance of shares. The Company has advised the Court that it will be applying to recover its costs from the Plaintiff.
