CONTROLLING SHAREHOLDER AGREEMENT

Lamprell (ticker: LAM), a leading provider of fabrication, engineering and contracting services to the onshore and offshore energy industry, announces that the President's Agreement with Steven Lamprell and Lamprell Holdings Limited, the Company's principal shareholder, has now ceased to be effective and the Company entered into an agreement with those parties on 16 November 2014 satisfying the requirements of the FCA's Listing Rules with respect to controlling shareholders.
