27 September 2007 GEONG International Limited ("GEONG" or "the Company") Win Five Automotive Contracts worth US$807,000

GEONG International Limited (AIM: GNG), the AIM listed, Beijing based provider of enterprise content management (ECM) software and solutions, today announce that it has signed five contracts in the fast growing Chinese automotive sector worth US$807,000.

All five contracts are to provide "automotive industry specific" solutions based upon GEONG's PortalAgeTM infrastructure and draw from a portfolio of products GEONG has developed for the sector over the last few years.

The first three contracts, worth US$589,000, are with Shanghai General Motors (SGM) and include the fifth phase of SGM's Dealer Management System (DMS) which GEONG originally designed and installed in 2005. GEONG is also providing SGM with a centralised e-procurement system and an auto manufacturing systems, both of which will assist SGM in increasing efficiencies in these two areas.

The fourth contract is with the Pan Pacific Technical Automotive Centre (PATAC), a joint venture set up between General Motors and Shanghai Automotive Industry Group in 1997. GEONG is providing PATAC with a Competitive Product Analysis System (CPAS) which will allow PATAC to design cars more competitively and assist them in their aim to become the leading automotive design and development company in China.

The fifth contract is to provide Shanghai Volkswagen, an official sponsor of the 2008 Olympics, with an employee collaboration and information sharing portal. The portal will help improve the working efficiency of Shanghai Volkswagen's around 2000 employees who are based in 5 locations across the region, by streamlining how employees work together and share information.

Commenting on the contract wins, Wang Weidong, Chief Executive Officer of GEONG, said: "These contract wins further strengthen GEONG's position as the leading ECM provider to the fast growing Chinese automotive industry and demonstrate the adaptable nature of our PortalAge platform.

"GEONG now has in place a portfolio of automotive sector products and solutions which, we believe, puts us in an excellent position to exploit opportunities as the automotive industry in China continues to grow rapidly."
