Confirmation of name change
Further to the announcement of 13 August 2008, the Company can now confirm that the change of the Company's name to Molectra Group Limited has become effective.
Trading in the Company's shares on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange under the new name Molectra Group Limited will take effect from 15 August 2008. The Company's trading symbol will also change to MOLE.
