Confirmation of Appointment of Chairman
Further to the announcement of 5 September 2008, HMV Group is pleased to confirm that Mr Robert Swannell takes up the role of Chairman of the Company with effect from today's date. Mrs Lesley Knox, who has acted as Chairman for an interim period since 6 September 2008, remains as a Non Executive Director of the Company.
