Concert Party Dealing
The Company has been informed that Mike Biddulph, a member of the Burt Concert Party, as defined by the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers (the "Code"), has acquired 16,073 Ordinary Shares in the Company (the "Purchase").
Following the Purchase, the Burt Concert Party has interests in 6,903,272 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 6.90 per cent. of the voting rights of the Company.
