Unicorn AIM VCT plcShare Buyback Policy

The Board of Unicorn AIM VCT plc (the "Company"), in accordance with LR15.5.1 (4), announces that as a result of the publication of month end Net Asset Values to a Regulatory Information Service, it considers that all share-price sensitive information of which it is aware has been declared to the market. The Company therefore intends, at the discretion of the Board, to consider making purchases of its own shares during close periods.

In order to maximise transparency for selling shareholders, such purchases, whether they take place during open or close periods, will normally be transacted in close proximity to the publication of month end Net Asset Values. The Company will not however make purchases of its own shares during any period when the Board is aware of material, share-price sensitive information until such information has been publicly announced.
