Transactions in a Close Period
The Company confirms that:
a) All inside information known to the directors of the Company up to the date of this notice, including daily unaudited net asset values per share, has been notified to a Regulatory News Service ("RNS");
b) Any further inside information leading up to the announcement of the financial results of the Company for the half year ended 30 September 2017 (the "Financial Results") will be notified to a RNS;
c) The Company has no reason to believe that there will be any material difference between the net asset value per share as at the close of business on 30 September 2017 and the financial information to be published in the announcement of the Financial Results.
The Company is therefore not prohibited from dealing in its own securities during the close period, as defined by MAR, which will end on the date of the publication of the Financial Results.
