COMPLETION OF THE DISPOSAL OF BROOKES AVANA
Further to the announcement on 8 December 2011, Premier Foods is pleased to confirm that it has today completed the disposal of its Brookes Avana business to 2 Sisters Food Group for a cash consideration of £30m, on a debt free and cash free basis, subject to a post completion working capital adjustment.
