Completion of Disposal

HMV Group plc announces that following the passing of the resolution approving the disposal of Hammersmith Apollo Limited, (the "Disposal") at the General Meeting held on Tuesday 10 July 2012 and the clearance of the Disposal by the German Federal Cartel Office and the Office of Fair Trading, completion of the Disposal has now occurred pursuant to the terms of the Disposal Agreement.
