Cranswick plc - Completion of disposal
As announced on 24 April 2009 Cranswick completed the sale of its pet activities to a management team led by Derek Black, who resigned from the main board on that date.
As part of the financing of that deal, Derek Black has pledged 73,749 of the ordinary shares he holds in Cranswick plc as security.
