Completion of Disposal
HMV Group plc announces that following the passing of the resolution approving the disposal of Waterstone's Booksellers Limited, Waterstone's Booksellers Ireland Limited, Waterstone's Booksellers Belgium SA and Waterstone's Booksellers Amsterdam B.V. (the "Disposal") at the General Meeting held on Thursday 23 June 2011, completion of the Disposal has now occurred pursuant to the terms of the Disposal Agreement.
