Completion of Acquisition of Buck & Hickman

Brammer, the leading pan-European added value technical distributor, is pleased to announce that it has completed the acquisition of the business and assets of Buck & Hickman from Travis Perkins plc for a total cash consideration of £27.6 million, on a debt-free, cash-free basis. The acquisition was originally announced by the Company on 2 September 2011 (RNS No. 5603N).

Buck & Hickman is a leading UK distributor of industrial products, operating predominantly in the Tools and General Maintenance MRO market.
