Completion of the Acquisition
The Directors of Corac are pleased to confirm that, further to the Company's announcements on 15 March 2012 and 30 March 2012, it has now completed the acquisition of the entire issued share capital of Wellman Hunt Graham Ltd and Wellman Defence Limited (the "Acquisition").
