Completion of acquisition
Further to the announcement on 21 June 2019, Halma, the leading safety, health and environmental technology group, is pleased to confirm that its acquisition of the Ampac Group, a leading fire and evacuation systems supplier in the Australian and New Zealand markets, has completed.
