Completion of Acquisition

1 June 2015 Acquisition of Smiths Gore

Further to the announcement, on 21st April 2015, of the proposed acquisition of the business and assets of Smiths Gore, Savills plc, the international real estate advisory firm, announces that the transaction completed on 31st May 2015.

Smiths Gore is a long established partnership providing rural property services in the UK. The business will be integrated into Savills existing national network and will ultimately trade under the Savills brand.
