Fenner Completes Acquisition of Transeals Pty Ltd

Fenner is pleased to confirm that its wholly owned subsidiary Hallite Seals Australia Pty Ltd ("Hallite") has completed the acquisition of Transeals Pty Ltd. Contracts had been exchanged on 23 August 2011 and completion took place on 1 September 2011.

Fenner is a world leader in the field of reinforced polymer engineering. Products include engineered conveyor solutions for the mining and power generation markets; precision motion control products for the office automation and mechanical equipment markets; sealing products for the mining, hydraulics and energy industries; technical fabrics and polymer products for the medical device industry.
