Further to the Company's announcements of 8 and 14 July, 2014, the Companyannounces that on Friday 8 August, 2014, the Company filed motions with theoriginal judge hearing the claim (i) for a judgment as a matter of law that,contrary to the jury's verdict of 14 July, 2014, the Company's U.S. PatentNumber 6,389,473 for media streaming was infringed; or, alternatively, (ii) fora new trial. The Company expects the court to rule on these motions in October2014. In addition, on Friday 8 August, 2014, the Company filed with the same courtits objections to the Bill of Costs filed by Apple Inc. in the aggregate amountof $577,014.40.
