Change of Company Secretary

Bristol Water plc announces the appointment of Colin Caldwell as Company Secretary with effect from 1 February 2018. 

Colin Caldwell has also held a number of directorships and company secretary roles within the telecoms industry and was previously Company Secretary for Bristol Water Plc between February and April 2017.

This appointment follows the resignation of Catherine Amanda Jones as Company Secretary of Bristol Water plc.
