COMPANY SECRETARY CHANGE

Hostelworld Group p.l.c. today announces the appointment of Paula Phelan as Company Secretary with effect from 12 December 2016.

Paula Phelan is a qualified chartered secretary and member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators. Paula joined Hostelworld Group p.l.c. in January 2016. Paula previously held the position as Head of Company Secretarial in Mason Hayes & Curran, Solicitors and also formerly held the position as Assistant Company Secretary of CRH p.l.c.
