Change of Company Secretary

MJ Gleeson Group plc is pleased to announce the appointment of Alan Martin as Company Secretary with immediate effect. Alan Martin will combine his current roles of Chief Operating Officer and Group Finance Director with that of Company Secretary.

He replaces Joy Baldry who leaves the Group after five years of service, three of which as Company Secretary.

Dermot Gleeson, Chairman, said "On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Joy for the skill and diligence with which she has fulfilled her responsibilities throughout her time with the Group. We wish her the very best for the future."
