Change of Company Secretary
SJP announces that after 20 years of service with SJP, Hugh Gladman is leaving the Group and therefore resigning as Company Secretary with effect from 9 July. Liz Kelly was appointed as Company Secretary, also with effect from 9 July.
The Board would like to thank Hugh for his many years of service and wish him well in his new ventures.
